Manufacturing Capabilities & Process Flow
Research & New Development
Our manufacturing process starts with R&D department, after receiving an inquiry form potential or existing customer. As per Customer requirements a Technical Detail pack of the relevant product is made. After approval of size chart a base pattern is made.
Designing
As per customer’s requirements the design department starts working on artwork of customers Logo/design (Sublimation printing, Digital Printing, Screen Printing, Embroidery etc.). Final artwork is shared with costumers for approval, before printing.
Fabric
On the other end, after order conformation, the store arranges the relevant fabric. Standard fabrics are already in stock; hence they are issued from store. Incase of new fabric, the procurement department arranges the fabric from already vetted and approved suppliers. Upon receiving, the fabric goes through 100% quality control inspection. Only on passing the inspection, fabric is added to store inventory, and then issued by the store to production department.
Cutting
Upon reaching production department, the fabric is marked with patterns and cut accordingly. The cut pieces are packed in bundles. The panels marked for artwork printing are sent for Sublimation printing, Digital Printing, Screen Printing, Embroidery etc. accordingly.
Printing/ Embroidery
The customer approved design is printed/sewed on the relevant panels. In case of full sublimation the printing is carried out before cutting.
Stitching
The cut panels are sewed together in chain system, with inline quality control making sure of the quality during the sewing. All accessories i.e. zips, drawstring, buttons etc. are attached.
In-Line Quality Control
In-Line Quality Control process incorporates quality inspection points across the production lines.
Finishing
Upon completion products are passed on for threading & pressing. After which they goes through a quality audit, before getting packed.
Final Audit
All orders are passed through an compulsory quality audit, based on international standards and/or agreed upon AQL level. Only upon clearing the audit, the products are passed on for packing.
Dispatch
After getting packed the products are stored in finished goods store. From the store the products are dispatched to relevant customers.
